Brett Ari Fischer
Co-Founder
Brett Ari Fischer is the owner and co-founder of Sefirot Real Estate, one of New York City’s premier boutique brokerages. With over 15 years of experience and a deal history ranging from $350,000 to $23 million, Brett has built a reputation as a powerhouse in the NYC real estate scene. Known for his tireless work ethic, polished negotiation skills, and white-glove service, he’s been on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York several times and has earned the trust of hundreds of clients across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

But Brett’s story doesn’t stop at real estate. A lifelong foodie and content creator at heart, Brett organically became a connector between New York’s dynamic dining culture and the digital world. Through his real estate work, he formed close relationships with some of the city’s most iconic restaurants, chefs, and hospitality professionals—helping highlight their stories through collaborative content, behind-the-scenes tours, and influencer partnerships.
That passion grew into something bigger: the desire to help venues not just get seen, but become unforgettable brands. In 2025, Brett teamed up with renowned food influencer Max Hoffmann and systems architect Ritesh Tiwarri to co-found My Chef Social—a fractional brand management company that transforms restaurants into culturally relevant, visually compelling, and operationally tight experiences.
With Brett leading the charge on influencer engagement, hospitality partnerships, and market positioning, My Chef Social blends his real estate-honed eye for luxury, lifestyle, and branding with the storytelling power of visual media and scalable systems. The result is a plug-and-play creative and strategic engine designed to elevate already-exceptional venues and bring their full brand potential to life.
Outside of business, Brett is deeply committed to philanthropy. He is the founder of The AllPie Alzheimer’s Challenge, a national initiative to raise $18 million for the Alzheimer’s Association. His dedication to community impact earned him the Young Leadership Award from B’nai B’rith International. He also produces educational content and animated tutorials that break down the intricacies of NYC real estate in a way that’s engaging, accessible, and fun.
Originally from Orange County, California, Brett now calls Manhattan home. Whether he’s closing multimillion-dollar real estate deals or helping a restaurant become the next great NYC institution, Brett Ari Fischer brings heart, hustle, and creative fire to everything he touches.
